A good colection of profiles for hobby and light home use. Rubber dipped handels not a heavy duty grip.
For the price it is a nice selection of flea market quality diamond files.
150 grit so they will leave a scratchy surface but still not bad for less than a buck a piece.
The files work well, are coated on all sides with the diamond abrasive, and have a wide variety of profiles. Just don’t expect them to be a “fine” grit, as they are a bit on the coarse side.
I’m an avid model railroader, moving into more scratchbuilding and fewer kits. I never knew I needed these until someone recommended a set; now I don’t know how I ever lived without them. For squaring up wood or styrene pieces, filing points on turnouts, all sorts of tiny close-up jobs, these things are great!
