  1. I emailed the service company. They said they would look into it, but never got back to me.

    I’m still annoyed about the whole thing.

    I would like a replacement.

    I would like to say that I use this one to vacumme fleas off my dog.. I live in the country and she’s very allergic to them and so i use it for her. it really helps alot. and it does a good job for other things as well…

  4. I received the product in the frame of time they gave me, or even sooner. The product did not have a couple of attachments.

    As soon as I let them know, they sent me a new one (which arrived to my place before I returned the first one) and I printed a label they provided, and put my box in my front door and was picked up by the mail man.

    They even sent me an e-mail to state they had recived the parcel!!

    Really it is very satisfying buying like this, and being treated so well.

  5. We gave the Dustbuster to our 3 daughters and their husbands for Christmas, and they are all very happy with them. We are all pet owners, (mostly cats) and have found the vac to be invaluable for cleaning up the hair and dry food messes they leave. Our vac is a few years old and still works like a new one; we actually bought another one for the other level of the house. Nice, compact design, and hangs easily near an outlet for constant charging. Great product!
