don't buy this drill unless you already have some drill bits lying around or don't mind running to the hardware store. it does not come with drill bits as advertised!!!

I bought this drill to replace the same kind that I've had for over 10 years that is starting to wear out. Since I could not find one in stores, I decided to try online. I was disappointed that this one though, did not come with the 4 bits as pictured with the description. It seems that if this drill is sold in two versions (with and without bits), the appropriate picture and description should accompany the particular vendor's listing so as not to confuse the buyer. Since there are no recesses for the bits, I guess I'll just have to file new grooves to store the old drill's bits with the little rubber band. Other than that, the new drill seems as sturdy and smooth operating as my old one.

I bought this drill because the picture showed the four drill bits that were like a Radio Shack version I've had for years.
I'm quite disappointed that the design has been changed.
I wish they would change it back or find some other, better, way to accomodate bits.

I needed something simple for my son's science fair. This gives more power than most battery packs as long as you don't need volume applications.
