Any woodworker who will tell you he or she has never wished for an extra set of hands is lying. Here’s that wish granted. Simplicity is sometimes the best design in a tool, and here, there’s nothing to tighten, turn or twist. You just push the clamps where you want them, and your joints are aligned perfectly. They’ll work with 90-degree joints, T- and butt joints on material up to 7/8-inch and of any length. They’re made of stainless steel with a tough composite, and they won’t scratch or mar your workpiece. They’re foolproof, convenient and perfect for the cabinet maker, contractor, homeowner or home woodworker.–Kris Jensen-Van Heste… More >>

  1. These things work great. They are very quick and work just like you would think. They do not pull boards together, but they do hold them square and where you put them.

  2. These things work great. They hold your work perpendicular, and that can be frustrating when building a large cabinet by yourself. They even throw in a coupld of spacers to match the clamp thickness (so the assembly isn’t rocking around on the work table)……NICE TOUCH! My only complaint is the range of material thickness. Yeah, I know, most of us work with 3/4″ stock +/- an 1/8″. I just hope the engineers at Jet design a simple, cheap clamp system (like this one!!) that works from 1/2″ up to 1″. Shouldn’t be too hard….write me if you need help guys ;)

    great item!!

  3. These are great, I used them yesterday to put togeter some cabinets. They held the two parts together untill I had put in some brads. The springs are strong and hold the timber very solidly. Get yourself a pair !

  4. These clamps are simple and they work perfectly. Won’t ever build cabinets without them again. I’ll be ordering more to save even more time during fit-up.

  5. I got these to help with holding material while I glued and nailed or screwed… The first one I got out of the package, broke within about 20 minutes. I dropped it off the work bench (I know I dropped it, but sometimes that happens) and the plastic casing that holds it together completely shattered. I like the concept of using it like a “third hand,” but the product needs to be built better.
