Klein J1005 Journeyman Crimping/Cutting Tool, Red and Black
I have used Klein tools for years, so while I looked at some others brands I never considered anything else when I was ready to purchase. What can I say, I do not have time to deal with something that won’t work properly. The other thing is these give extra torque when crimping insulated terminals, and if you don’t get a tight fitting crimp with these it is probably an inferior terminal, of which there are plenty. Bottom line these work, they will last, you will be satisfied with the purchase.
This particular crimping/cutting tool from Klein feels great in your hand. I occasionally even catch my co-worker uses my Klein crimper instead of his own Snap-On crimper, if that matters.
This tool is a great example of the high-end quality you will get when you buy from Klein’s Journeyman line. It has great crimping and cutting action.
