Item has nice rubber ends to help with shock from a drop. One thing I hate is tools that feel light and cheap, but this feels like a decent quality plastic and it has some heft (but not too much, just enough to let you know it's sturdy). The magnetic strip is fairly weak but for making sure it doesn't slide around it serves its purpose. The middle most level vial is visible from the side of the level so it can be set vertically and looked at from above which is nice. Perhaps one of the nicest things about this level is the size, it's perfect for putting in a toolbox and you can grab it any time you need.
