  1. After attaching my new shower head and turning on the water….

    The water just ran down the hose from the bottom of the head. There wasn’t any water coming through the shower head…HELP!!

  3. We were very pleased with the WaterPik original shower massage — I have been using one that we purchased back in 1994. Time had taken it’s toll with my shower head, which is why I ordered the new ones. What a thrill to have a full shower again!!! My pet parrots, who shower with me, also approve of the new shower head!

  4. I have used Water Pik shower massage shower heads since the ’70s and have been very satisfied……….til now. I have trouble getting enough water out of it to get the soap off my skin. It’s almost impossible to get shampoo and conditioner out of your hair with this thing.
